details and, where applicable, a parent/guardian's contact details) solely for the
purposes of casting, organising rehearsals, and running this production, in
accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Data will be kept only
for as long as needed for this production and any related archive records, and will
not be shared outside the production team except where stated elsewhere on this
form (e.g. the cast & crew WhatsApp group, if you opt in).
You (or, if the applicant is under 18, their parent/guardian/carer) have the
right to access, correct, or request deletion of this data at any time by
contacting the production team.
Rehearsals and performances may be photographed and/or video recorded for
production archive, promotional, and marketing purposes (including social media,
the website, and printed materials). By ticking below, you consent to the
applicant appearing in such photos/recordings on this basis.
